I was prescribed a new medicine for my illness that was very much needed but because it was new and extremely expensive the insurance company would not cover it. “I cannot be more pleased with the Pharmacist and knowledgeable staff. My prescription is DAW and I was able to get it at a fraction of the price I would pay at CVS. The pharmacist took his time with me and treated me as if I was his only client. Where once I was told by Rachel, at CVS on Dyer Avenue, that she wouldn't "waste her time" returning a call to Pfizer to ensure I got my prescription at a lower price, I am so grateful to be spoken to as a person and not an object. While the pharmacists themselves were very good at the CVS on Dyer Avenue in Manhattan, the assistant Rachel should never be allowed to work in a pharmacy if she cannot in good faith help them.
